Tuzi Gazi Properties is a Real Estate Company which encompasses both Property Letting & Property Sales.

As the Owner & Principal of Tuzi Gazi Properties since 2010, I personally head up the rental division and manage an ever expanding portfolio of rental properties.

Tuzi Gazi Porperties (Rental Division) focuses on the niche market of letting residential properties and is considered to be a well known name in the rental management business in Richards Bay. Landlords and tenants are protected through comprehensive lease agreements and a policy of holding rental deposits in interest bearing trusts. This legal requirement has been put in place in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act to protect the landlord and tenant’s interest.

Tuzi Gazi Properties takes charge of the entire leasing process, from the property “take-on” process, which includes property assessment and advice to advertising that guarantees exposure right through to maintaining your property.

We at Tuzi Gazi Properties draw on our expertise to ensure owners receive market-related returns on their rentals and tenants get value for money.
